MY FIRST CHOCOLATE SHOW PIECE/ MY PRIMERA PIEZA ARTISTICA DE CHOCOLATE

Parte tracera de la pieza/ Back part of the piece

In the chocolate class  as a final project we had to make a box of chocolate or show a piece , because as all my colleagues decided on the box and I like challenges decided to do  an artistic piece, the first thing was to think of the design I wanted something simple, yet colorful and include several of the techniques we learned in class, when i told  the teacher what I wanted to do he told me go ahead, but you have to capture it on paper and I whaaaat (that complicated me  the things, hehehe.(I've never been good to put my ideas on paper). It had all the design in my head and that's how I would do my piece, I made a brief sketch of what I wanted to do, I showed it to the chef and said will need more supports, if not its  impossible (imposibleee, magic word i will put it together  hehehe.'s I'm a bit stubborn and when I get an idea in my head  do not give up
until the end

).
I started with the tempering of the chocolate, this work is quite tedious, and realize that you were failing because the laser thermometer you bought gave a  few degrees lower temperature and that's why your chocolate, was not well tempered. what a nightmare. luckily we found out in time.  if  not i was going to get the arms of a sumo wrestler for spending so much time mixing hehehe.Temper chocolate fill the bases molds
Paint sheets,
Temper more chocolate, pour the chocolate let it set a little bit and cut the pieces,
more
chocolate tempering fill the tubes , expect everything to be ready and start building, put all the pieces and the end result here.
I am very happy with the result, I hope you like it too
